**Product Owner**

**Atividades**:

- Ter alinhamento próximo e constante com o PO/PM responsável pelo Squad.
- Liberar o PO/PM para outros trabalhos, uma vez que parte das atividades para o Squad será executada pelo PO Proxy.
- Participar de entrevistas com usuários de negócio.
- Apoiar o PO/PM no Planejamento da Backlog da Sprint.
- Estar acessível constantemente para o Time do Squad, representando e traduzindo o negócio.
- Apoiar o Analista Funcional no desenvolvimento de histórias de usuário e especificações funcionais/técnicas (refinamento).
- Garantir que os entregáveis atendem à Meta da Sprint definida pelo PO/PM.Atuação será como Product Owner;
- Conhecer profundamente produtos e sistemas bancários/financeiros;
- Definir o roadmap do produto e priorizar o backlog;
- Desenvolver ações de discovery, hipóteses e experimentos;
- Acompanhar com base em indicadores;
- Gerenciar a comunicação com todos os stakeholders;
- Tomar decisões de acordo com variáveis técnicas do negócio (data driven);
- Reportar avanços (Burndown e Burnout), dificuldades, padrões e estimular a comunicação;
**Requisitos e qualificações**:

- Conhecimento em mercado financeiro;
- Experiência em projetos Ágeis;
- Experiência de lançamento de MVPs;
- Comunicação clara, concisa e objetiva;
- Experiência com ações de Discovery;
- Experiência em priorização de backlog;
- Conhecimento de ciclo de vida de produto;
