**Representative - Admin**:
**Job Purpose**:
The Representative - Admin is responsible for the operation of fixed and mobile telephony services for clients, as well as purchasing for the IT area. They also provide support in supplier billing solutions and in negotiations for the provision of telephony services for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of the mobile services process.
- Negotiation, purchase and management of equipment inventory.
- Market analysis and studies (benchmarking).
- Business development.
- Technical support to internal and external customers.
- Search for savings opportunities.
- Billing analysis.
- Other tasks not covered here may be required, arising within the development of the project to which you are assigned or at the request or requirement of the client.

**Responsibilities in Occupational Health and Safety**:

- Provide the spaces, times, and personnel for the training sessions scheduled in the timeline.
- Report work incidents and accidents to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) for their personnel.
- Communicate to OHS any hazards identified in the workplace reported by workers or themselves.
- Participate in updating the identification of hazards, risk assessment, and evaluation.
- Participate in the development and execution of action plans.
- Promote understanding of the policy among workers.
- Inform about the training and education needs in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Participate in the investigation of work incidents and accidents.

**Experience**:

- Professional in International Business or related careers.
- +2 experience in customer and vendor negotiation, purchasing, inventory management, resource management and cost control.
- Knowledge in supply chain, supplier support and customer service, market analysis and business development.
