We are looking for a **Manager, Income Tracking & Royalties Assurance** to join our team in São Paulo. You are a highly committed team player, keen to be part of the world’s fastest growing music company, BMG.
**Your Mission**

Collect various income streams and usage data from all over the world. It is checked, then double-checked so our clients are paid fully, accurately, and on time, throughout some task such as:

- Conduct various income analysis, comparing income against usage data (e.g. Nielsen) and historical earnings
- Identify copyright usage from various sources, including but not limited to TV stations
- Build out tracking controls and processes for new income streams
- Support the development of analytical tools and dashboards needed for your role
- Project future catalogue earnings based on market data
- Report on income tracking efforts and results
- Establish relationships with 3rd party sources (Labels, CMOs, Publishers, TV Stations)
- Inquiry income gaps with sources and pro-actively drive for income recovery
- Work closely with other departments (Admin, Royalties, LBA, Finance) and foreign affiliates to address tracking inquires
**Your Profile**
- You already have experience with royalty accounting, income tracking, or revenue assurance in the music industry.
- You are business fluent in Portuguese and English and have a strong analytical mindset.
- You have advanced Excel skills and are able to analyse, extract & manipulate data from high volume datafiles.
- You are committed and have an eye for detail. Working independently and reliably is something you enjoy.
- You have a love of music, with a deep passion for ensuring that artists/songwriters are remunerated fairly and accurately.
