Responsabilidades Gerenciar o programa de afiliados da Nossa Bet, desde a prospecção até a retenção dos parceiros; Desenvolver e executar estratégias de aquisição de novos afiliados (influenciadores, portais de mídia, tipsters, criadores de conteúdo, etc.); Negociar modelos de parceria (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid) alinhados aos objetivos da empresa e à regulamentação vigente; Monitorar performance, ROI e compliance das campanhas de afiliados através de dashboards e relatórios semanais; Cria campanhas de incentivo e engajamento para os afiliados ativos, aumentando produtividade e lealdade; Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de Marketing, CRM e Compliance para garantir uma comunicação integrada e segura; Acompanhar tendências do mercado, benchmark de concorrentes e boas práticas do setor iGaming; Apoiar a área de Business Intelligence na análise de funil de conversão e LTV dos usuários adquiridos via afiliados. Requisitos Obrigatórios Experiência prévia como Affiliate Manager ou Business Development no setor de apostas, jogos online, fintechs ou e-commerce; Conhecimento em plataformas de tracking e gestão de afiliados (ex: Affilka, Smartico, NetRefer, Income Access, MyAffiliates, etc.); Forte capacidade de negociação e relacionamento comercial; Perfil analítico e orientado a metas, com domínio de métricas de performance digital (CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, ROI, etc.); Inglês intermediário; Contratação PJ #J-18808-Ljbffr
