About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and driving high-quality customer acquisition.
This position requires a strong balance of relationship management, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision-making to maximize results and return on investment through affiliate channels.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand our partner network in Brazil.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with affiliates, providing support and motivation to drive performance.
- Negotiate competitive commercial agreements that align with company goals.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Work closely with affiliates to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Provide affiliates with creative materials, promotional tools, and custom offers to support campaign success.
- Monitor competitor activity to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track affiliate performance using KPIs such as conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
- Use data and analytics to identify high-performing affiliates and areas for improvement.
- Adjust commission structures and marketing strategies to improve overall effectiveness.
Localized Marketing & Compliance
- Develop localized affiliate campaigns tailored to the Brazilian market.
- Leverage regional trends, consumer behaviors, and seasonal opportunities to enhance performance.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with relevant advertising standards and internal brand guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, finance, and product to align affiliate initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support integrated marketing initiatives involving affiliates, influencers, and media partnerships.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within digital products, e-commerce, or online services.
- Proven success in affiliate recruitment, relationship management, and campaign optimization.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Experience using affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, or similar platforms).
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.

- Self-starter with a proactive and goal-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Brazilian Portuguese.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships while maintaining profitability.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of affiliate contacts in the Brazilian market.
- Understanding of Brazil's digital advertising regulations.
- Experience integrating affiliate marketing with influencer and social media strategies.
