As a Sales Account Specialist for UL, GCB, and P&B, you will be responsible for coordinating sales operations for the account in Latin America (LAM) — managing price lists, ensuring accurate SAP data, and supporting cash collection efforts. You will collaborate closely with account managers on key client projects, from briefing to adoption, organizing samples and documentation, and keeping systems up to date while being exposed to different areas of the organization.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Support Unilever account in Latin America from a sales operations point of view being responsible for price lists updates, cash collection contacts, SAP commercial management and financial analysis;
- Keeps systems up to date with accurate data: Customer Master Data, SAP invoice data, price lists, quotations, contracts, agreements and other compliance documents;
- Support account managers in key projects with regard to client demands, samples, base management, documentation, submission, project management tools;
- Constant communication with customers, delivering their requirements efficiently;
- Performs reports and analyzes data to support account management and decision-making process.

- Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
