**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and develop action plans.
- Conduct internal and external selection recruitment processes.
- Carry out practical tests and technical assessments, when necessary.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements.
- Ensure both parties are satisfied with the final terms of the offer.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment processes.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with internal and external policies and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes and implement improvements when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the role.
- Knowledge of interview techniques, skills evaluation and assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactivity and initiative in solving problems.
- Ability to understand organizational goals and objectives to align recruitment strategies.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously, maintaining quality and efficiency.
