The Global Nielsen Media Client Service & Sales team provides modern and effective services that meet client needs quicker, while giving Nielsen more control over how we service our clients. The sales support role is a key member of the commercial organization, operating in collaboration with sales and account management teams. They will work closely with Nielsen’s global and local clients in Brazil to ensure a smooth sales process and on boarding experience. As part of a matrix organization, they will also be supporting the regional Sales Operations teams on new projects, initiatives and technologies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing administrative support to sales teams, including preparation of sales presentations, quotes, proposals, and contract management.
- Supports sales and marketing teams with activation and tracking of sales campaigns, identifying prospective companies and contacts, and prioritizing leads.
- Engaging with a variety of existing and new clients including leading advertisers, media agencies, content owners and digital platforms.
- Managing access to Nielsen tools, coordinating implementations, client training and communications.
- Manages client and sales information in CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Monitors client health and satisfaction metrics thorough use of the company’s online sales management tools.
- Collaborating with Global and Regional Sales Operations teams on projects and initiatives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in a sales or account management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/G Suite and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
- Fluent in Portuguese. Proficient in English and/or Spanish.
- Knowledge of Media/Advertising.
- Knowledge of Nielsen’s solutions or other research providers.
- Strong Interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong orientation toward client relationships, problem solving, high attention to detail.
