The Planning Analyst is a mid-level position responsible for the general administrative activities of a Technology Area. These tasks may include contributing to internal audits, may assist in activities such as tracking board finances, managing staff or coordinating other administrative needs, tracking expenses with accounting if necessary. Can work on ad hoc projects as requested. **Responsibilities**: - Perform, together with Finance, the budget of the TTS Tech area - Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls - Make and control accounting provisions supporting the Costa Rica team with evidence - Monthly monitoring and distribution of hours in PTS by Project in the Latam vertical - Preparation and dissemination of the monthly deck with the most relevant metrics for financial control of TTS - Control of headcounts, in/out movements, current, forecast and plan - Ensure alignment between HR/Technolgy/Financials systems - Weekly monitoring to meet the monthly/year forecast by vertical, with call to TTS Head - Support to the TTS/ Finance/ Regional TTS/ Seniors/ Presentations team **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Database query knowledge preferred - Proven expertise in Microsoft Office - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Language, English advanced **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Decision Management - **Job Family**: Business Analysis - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
