We're seeking a Quality and Process Analyst who will support and enhance quality standards and process documentation across the organization. The role requires knowledge in quality management frameworks, process mapping, internal auditing, and continuous improvement practices. You'll work closely with the Business Support team and contribute to delivery analysis, reporting, and resource planning.

**What You'll Do**:

- Survey, document, map, and model processes; create diagrams and flowcharts
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process changes
- Monitor results and prepare performance and improvement reports for management
- Update and maintain materials and documentation related to internal processes
- Track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives using tools like PDCA, MASP, FMEA
- Support internal quality and ISMS audits
- Assist in preparing the organization for quality certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC)
- Help allocate resources for projects/contracts using the rVision system
- Audit and adjust hours in Webtime Timesheets
- Support the FS Delivery team in analyzing Delivery Reports for executive leadership

**What You Bring**:

- Completed degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or Information Security
- Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or related standards
- Familiarity with quality management and improvement tools (PDCA, MASP, FMEA)
- Proficient in documentation and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous experience supporting quality audits or working toward organizational certifications
- Familiarity with project resource planning tools like rVision

**Language**:
English - Intermediate (written and spoken)
