**About The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Billing Analyst to join our Corporate team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role requires attention to detail and will be responsible for billing, invoice issuance, accounting, and revenue analysis.

**What You’ll Do**

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Revenue recognition process ensuring that revenue is uploaded into the Unit4 properly
- Insure all worked hours and expenses are uploaded into Unit 4 and WIP with the properly rates
- Update the Wip files with the rates based on the matters information provided by the segments team
- Issuance of local e-invoicing
- Ensure all invoices are sent to the clients
- Follow up the collections with the clients and local segments
- Assist intercompany reconciliation process
- Invoice issuance for intercompany matters
- Adjust the matters with write offs, write downs and reserve based on the project information
- WIP revision on a monthly basis with the local teams in order to adjust the revenue and wip if necessary
- Excellent communication skills to understand the projects reviewing with the local team based on the projects types

**What You Will Need To Succeed**

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Brazilian CPA is a plus
- 5+ years of professional work experience in accounting and Brazilian e-invoicing issuance
- Fluent Portuguese
- English knowledge is a plus
