Summary:
Principal Accountabilities:

- Build and align, with managers and those responsible for the areas, professional profiles suited to the company's needs.
- Guide assistants in relation to processes and agendas.
- Support and/bring solutions in the admission and integration process of new employees.
- Support management, coordination and staff in recruitment and selection projects and in the use of area systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Complete higher education, preferably in Psychology, Administration or Human Resources.
- Experience with people management.
- Must have solid experience in recruitment and selection (hunting, profile mapping, internship and trainee programs).
- Have good experience with Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Have experience in conducting processes on digital platforms.
- Office package domain.
