**The Role**:

- Focus on ensuring to unknown or incorrect cost is incurred by Brennan from Suppliers.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate pricing related information is available in the timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Service qualifications for all suppliers providing network services.
- Co-Ordinate with Suppliers for all pre-implementation ad-hoc pricing like relocations, upgrades, Early Termination Fees, etc.
- Work closely with Sales Support Team to prepare accurate and detailed order forms.
- Support network delivery & assurance team with pricing or Pre-Sales supplier related information.
- Manage all Licensing related tasks under Networks Department.
- Review all signed contracts along with Contracts Team for any supplier pricing discrepancies.
- Provide inputs to Cost model and update internal pricing tool.
- Generate detailed as well as summarised reports on Monthly basis.
- Negotiate pricing with Tier 2 & 3 Suppliers
- Keep the shared spaced upto date with contact details & escalation matrix of suppliers.
- Adherence and compliance to the defined processes and tasks assigned
- Train and mentor internal and other staff as necessary.

**What skills and experience you bring**:
**Essential**
- 4-6 years’ work experience in a pricing role.
- Experience with IT Managed Service or equivalent Service Provider industry.
- 2+ years of experience in pricing network service offerings.
- Experience with generating executive/summary reports.
- Ability to work within a team & achieve results through others.
- Ability to work in team and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a billing environment.'
- Industry based certifications.
- A “Do what it takes” attitude.
- Proven ability to work within and across teams.

**Desired**
- Prior experience within an outsourced service delivery environment.
- Understanding of terms in pricing schedules.
- Exposure to IT concepts (infrastructure and/or software).
- Passionate towards cost optimization process.
