Responsible for all aspects of the technology and operational relationship with the customer
- Acts as a dedicated resource for key customers
- Establishes working relationships with internal delivery teams, customer support teams and customer contacts
- Helps identify business opportunities through understanding of the customer’s technology infrastructure
- Partners with customers to develop annual business plans and conducts quarterly operational reviews

**Responsibilities**:

- Plays a key role in the development of operational strategies with customer(s)
- Maintains a “team” approach with Sales to execute service delivery plans and notifies them of any potential issues or opportunities
- Establishes working relationships with internal support delivery teams, customer support team and customer contracts
- Partners with customers to develop annual business plans and conduct quarterly reviews
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with the customer and local colleagues in the market
- Reviews changes to rules, products, tools and services with the customer, and gathers feedback from customers
- Oversees process to ensure customer needs around training and communication of operational enhancements are met
- Helps coach team members and identify talent

Experiences
- Extensive experience and demonstrated consistent success in project management including managing complex projects, scoping multiple work-streams and working across multiple teams/geographies
- Demonstrates initiative in creating go-to-market product strategies, often partnering with Product Sales
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodology and at least one specialized area of TAM
- Familiar with coaching and hiring project/ program managers
