**Role & Responsibilities**:

As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Americas Customer Experience (Cx) Technology Lead, this role will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic objectives for the end-to-end customer experience & eCommerce products across our supply chain areas. This role will own the holistic product group and value delivery working closely as a strategic partner with technology and business leadership teams. As a leader, this role will develop a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement while ensuring a connected and cohesive strategy across the product group.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and expert Supply Chain leader in Cx and eCommerce products this role will empower our Supply Chain partners and technology leaders through the delivery of products and platforms that create differentiated digital capabilities and deliver unique and connected customer experiences throughout our supply chain.

As a driver of change and Supply Chain innovation in the region, this role will have end-to-end accountability of the activation and execution of our Supply Chain products and platforms within the LATAM region with a focus on customer experience.

This role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy, human-centered design, and technical execution to deploy, manage, and modernize a portfolio of customer experience products & platforms.

This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale, high-visibility global technology initiatives across the LATAM region and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets.

This role will lead a set of technology product owners managing cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define vision, goals, and objective for Supply Chain Products and Platforms in the region, co-shaping strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery
- Work hand-in-hand as a strategic partner with business teams and drive engagement with third party partners to deploy customer-focused Supply Chain technology products
- Lead continuous improvement across the Supply Chain technology product lifecycle and lead engagement and relationships with third parties
- Work across Supply Chain product squads to define and deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy
- Manage a team of technology product owners and product squads across the Supply Chain customer experience & eCommerce product groups
- Maximize return on investment from Supply Chain products in the regions by ensuring all product teams “build the right thing” to drive business value in alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Lead and manage a cross-product roadmap for Supply Chain Products including deploying the latest technologies across core Supply Chain areas including ERP, planning, smart operations, quality, distribution, logistics among others
- Lead and manage release planning, inform the product backlog, and resolve dependencies and resource collisions
