Associate Operations

**Description**

**Atividades e responsabilidades**:

- Análise e estruturação de bases dos novos produtos e projetos Industriais;
- Desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de operações;
- Gerenciamento de equipes, rotinas, sistemas e custos industriais;
- Desenvolvimento, validação e execução de projetos industriais; Entrevistas e escolhas de principais parceiros de negócios e melhores sistemas;
- Elaboração de diagnóstico holisticos e aprofundamento na área de operações e projetos industriais;
- Construção de budget e capex industrial.

**Competências profissionais**:

- Experiência de implantação de gestão de industrial;
- Experiência de execução de gestão de projetos;
- Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência em industrias (química/ alimento/ bens de consumo/ bebidas);
- Formação Superior em Engenharias.

**Qualificações**:

- Dinamico e comunicativo;
- Boa capacidade analítica;
- Pró atividade;
- Iniciativa.
