**About the Role**:
Role Purpose Provide functional support in the Corporate Affairs area, specially executing internal and social media communication activities for the company in Brazil.
Accountabilities with the biggest impact
- Produce content and posts on social media aligned with global digital strategy.
- Manage the schedule of posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Work together with the Communicationagencies and suppliers.
- Produce metrics reports, point reports, analysis, and daily monitoring.
- Plan and execute internal pieces and events
- Tag and monitor traffic and campaign results.
- Plan and execute internal comms activities.
- Manage internal comms routine
- Organize internal and external events
- bilingual Portuguese/ English is mandatory

**About You**:
Pivotal Experiences for the role:

- Previous experience in internal and external comms.
- Demonstrated understanding of the BHP´s approach to Sustainability, Environment and Community.
- Proven ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders to develop relationships and plans that contribute to sustainable outcomes.
- Experience working in complex socio-political environment, including cross-cultural environments, and working in multi-disciplinary teams to support the achievement of outcomes.
- Previous experience in communications, preferably in the resources sector.
- Well-developed issues management skills.
- Ability to analyse risk to the business and actively report on implications on operations with recommendations for mitigation, as needed.
- High levels of integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive issues.
- Demonstrate commitment to the BHP Charter and Code of Business Conduct.
