**Descrição do perfil**
- Responsável por definir diretrizes e metodologia para o gerenciamento de projetos em ótica de prazo e custo._

**Principais atividades**
- Aplicar metodologia de gerenciamento de projetos;
- Fornecer suporte metodológico e ferramental para os integrantes do projeto no que tange a temática de gerenciamento de projetos;
- Suportar as diretorias na atualização de planos de ação que serão reportados em fóruns para o CRO e CEO da TIM;
- Acompanhar os KPIs referentes a entrega do projeto e posterior operação;
- Trabalhar com as áreas envolvidas a fim de garantir alinhamento de informações e foco nos objetivos;
- Avaliar o que o mercado está utilizando, de forma a capturar e divulgar as boas práticas de gerenciamento de projetos;
- Criar cronogramas, identificar e gerenciar riscos e desenvolver soluções relacionadas aos projetos estratégicos da diretoria do Residencial;
- Elaborar apresentações executivas e materiais (PowerPoint e Excel) para reuniões semanais com o CRO e mensais com o CEO;

**Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação**
- Experiência no mercado de Telecomunicações ;
- Experiência em gestão de projetos e/ou produtos ;
- Experiência na condução de reuniões de trabalho - Obrigatório
- Conhecimento em Power Point e elaboração de apresentações executivas ;
- Experiência com elaboração/acompanhamento de contratos - Desejável
- Conhecimento na ferramenta Excel - Desejável
- Formação Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Marketing, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas.
