**Position Title: Systems, Senior Analyst - IT Supply Chain Brazil**

**Location**: Balneário Piçarras, SC or São Paulo, SP or Pouso Alegre, MG

**Work model**: Hybrid 3-2

**Reports to**: Manager, Business Applications

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and enhance **Datasul ERP** functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Leverage **Advanced Planning** capabilities to drive efficiency in supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with **Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Planning teams** to identify and implement system improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and support **integration projects** involving Datasul and other enterprise systems.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of system enhancements.
- Participate in **project management activities**, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze data and generate insights to improve supply chain efficiency and decision-making.
- ** Promote standard processes based on regional and global best practices** to drive consistency and efficiency across supply chain operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Solid experience working with **Datasul ERP**, with **Advanced Planning** capabilities.
- Strong knowledge serving **Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Demand & Supply Planning** processes/areas.
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive system improvements.
- Strong **business analysis** and problem-solving skills.
- ** Proven business partnership capabilities**, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence key stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency to support system configurations and integrations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- ** Intermediate to advanced**level of English proficiency.
- Experience with **Datasul integration projects** is a plus.
