Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a **Sr Finance Analyst (Fixed Term) **to join the Regional FP&A Pharma LATAM, located in São Paulo, Brazil.

This position will be responsible to provide FP&A support for Regional Structure in the Pharmaceuticals segment, acting as key player in Financial Planning and Reporting activities. The Analyst will have significant exposure with Business Unit Finance Organization as well as connection with FP&A team members and business partners such as Marketing, Sales etc. Understanding FP&A process and interactions, as well as main tools and systems are essential enablers for this position. Additionally this position will support Balance Sheet and Free Cashflow forecast activities and BVA´s for LATAM Region.

This role should demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperatives of Connect and Shape by utilizing performance metric driven insights to address unmet needs, challenge status quo and hold accountable with key partners to act with speed and agility. The role also required to be autonomous and independent on the daily basis process and is encouraged to act as the key contact between the business and the FP&A Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Standard reporting and analytics execution
- Planning consolidation and reporting
- Management deck preparation for actuals and planning cycles
- Responsible for consolidating Opex budget and perform BvA analysis for selected business partner
- Ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution
- Business Plan and Quarterly Update Support and Analysis for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Drive Analytics including scenario planning and financial analysis
- Business partnering with various partners
- BRAVO and Anaplan submission

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Accounting or related

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Proven experience in financial roles (Accounting, Financial Planning or Business Controlling)
- Advanced English and Spanish

**Preferred**:

- Experience in finance shared services
- Solid knowledge in financial planning and analysis

**Other**:

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
