**Responsibilities**:

- **Database Development**:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust databases and SQL queries in **SQL Server**.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- ** Data Analysis**:

- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.
- ** Reporting and Visualization**:

- Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using **Power BI**.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports.
- ** Cloud Data Management**:

- Build and manage data pipelines and integrations in **Snowflake** and **AWS**.
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows and ensure data security in cloud environments.
- ** Documentation and Communication**:

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business leaders.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with **SQL Server** and database development.
- Proven expertise in **Power BI** report and dashboard creation.
- Experience working with **Snowflake** as a cloud data platform.
- Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda) for data solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and report writing.
- Advanced knowledge of T-SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data modelling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, YAML, Powershell or SQL for automation.
- Hands-on experience with **Debezium** for change data capture (CDC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience within the iGaming industry is a plus.
- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning concepts.
- Certification in **Power BI**, **Snowflake**, or **AWS** is a plus.
