Lead Salty Snacks portfolio strategy, brand planning & activation, generating market demand through an end-to-end approach with multifunctional areas to ensure profitable sustainable growth. Deploy category programs addressing shopper/ consumer / client needs to maximize share gains and ROI.
Strong interaction with regional Category teams.
Lead by influence multifunctional areas.

**A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Partner with IMC Team to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Understands consumer, market and shopper drivers and behaviors.
- Understands global, regional and local strategies and make sure that his/her team works under that vision
- Full responsibility on category´s PnL, influencing peer areas to drive sustainable growth, from cost to sale
- Influence regional team towards BU´s priorities and context
- Lead long range innovation funnel
- Track business performance drivers, develop action plans

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**:

- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Graduate business degree or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge
- Experience in FMCG companies, with strategic acumen
- Fluent in English, desirable spanich
