- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos flexíveis, incluindo dias, noites e/ou fins de semana

Key job responsibilities
- Liderar as operações de pátio nos Centro de distribuição da Regional do Nordeste;
- Garantir que o trabalho operacional seja executado com segurança, qualidade e produtividade, sempre focando em entregar uma melhor experiência ao cliente;
- Gerenciar um time de Ops Lead dentro da sua regional. Impulsionar uma cultura de desempenho, disseminar comportamento de dono e criar uma equipe de alto desempenho;
- Liderar projetos e iniciativas para impulsionar melhorias em custo e velocidade;
- Ser o principal ponto de contato de transporte dentro da FC, sendo o a pessoa para negociar a entrada de novos projetos e atuar como solucionador de problemas para resolver problemas que afetam os sites da network;
- Estabelecer e possuir métricas de desempenho e comunicá-las à liderança;
- Garantir a padronização de processos entre turnos e Sites dentro da Rede BR;
