
Associate Engagement Leader

You will be responsible to attend Aon Inpoint carrier clients using a multi-skill/ multi-task approach including consulting, data & analytics, pipeline management, strategic advisory, quantitative analysis, etc. This position includes commercial prospection of new clients in Brazil and Latam.
**Daily activities**:
- Calibrate Aon Inpoint's client service model to each insurer partner needs aiming at maximizing their opportunities to successful implement their business plans with Aon Brazil either with CRS, HRS and Affinity;
- Leverage Aon Inpoint tools such as data & analytic dashboard, consulting services, engagement plans, broker insights, strategic reports, etc in attending clients;
- Produce local reports - meeting minutes, financial analysis, strategic market overviews, brokers insights, action & implementation plans, etc;
- Facilitate client’s access to Aon brokers knowledge on product & operational excellence (based on Aon's IT, placement, claims, service experts advices) and market expertise to guide Aon Inpoint carrier’s initiatives with Aon;
- Support consulting projects in the country, ensuring that the Aon Inpoint global consulting teams have access to key Aon Brazil leaders and a clear view and feedback of local dynamics;
- Maintain awareness of global cases of success to implement whenever is appropriate;
- Assure consistency in services aligned to the global & regional best practices, improving client NPS results;
- Drive the creation of new ideas for engagement processes - clients & brokers, operational business excellence, consulting services approach and dashboard improvement;
- Develop supporting material and presentations in local language to facilitate sales/prospection of opportunities among local target clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in English - speaking & writing \ Spanish as a plus;
- Experience with data analysis;
- Consultive approach in dealing with clients;
- Strategic vision to prepare insightful reports;
- Familial with finance jobs - BPs, forecasts, etc;
- Logical and analytical reasoning to produce advisory material;
- Key account relationship - senior management interaction;
- Knowledge of the insurance market;
- Adaptability to diverse business environments - global, regional and local meetings;
- Prepared to engage in sales activities and operational optimization (pipeline management and IT problem solving);
- Multi-country & Multi-disciplinary team participation;
- Self-started and self-motivation to coupe with difficult situations;
