WHAT DOES A REGIONAL RGM MANAGER DO?

ABOUT YOU
- Your ability to combine an advanced analytical approach that unfolds granular details and untap profitable growth opportunities while standardizes operationally sustainable metrics of success and BI dashboards across the region will be key, as will
- be your aptitude to influence in a matrix structure, specially local Marketing and Commercial leadership teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

- Drive results & Excellence in execution by embedding our RGM practices since IAP process, ensuring implementation and consistent track of our consumer & trade pricing and promotional initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of RGM initiatives across the clusters that deliver incremental EFO to budget, by supporting local teams with methodologies & tools and as a project manager, overseeing aspects from setting and committing to scope and deadlines, assigning and monitoring team responsibilities, consistently summarizing progress and reports for regional leadership teams
- Expand RGM reach to all levels of commercial and marketing teams, building a sense of community and positive competition that shares and recognizes best practices
- Create a regional network that opens doors for adhoc RGM projects at any given time, from the identification of topline & value chain opportunities to the action plans recommendation, implementation and follow-up
- Develop direct and indirect reports RGM skills and knowledge of Bacardi company history and culture

Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- 4-7 years of experience working for FMCG and multinational companies
- Solid experience in Revenue Growth Management or in strategic areas of Customer Marketing, Commercial Intelligence, Sales Finance, combining both financial and commercial acumen and solid analytical background
- Process Management experience, designing process improvements and responsible for disciplined delivery
- Project Management - ability to coordinate strategic projects (proven experience is desirable)
- Directly reach cluster leadership to ensure deliverables fall within the scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with project teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with Bacardi’s RGM Way.
- Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or Finance - Post desirable
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- PERSONAL QUALITIES- Analytical profile, with clear and action-oriented communication
- Ability to deliver tangible results upon high-level goals
- Ability to lead by influence
- People management and development
