**Role Summary**

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to costs, procurement, and sales.
- Generate reports and summaries to help identify trends, cost saving opportunities, and sales performance.

2. Procurement Support:

- Aid in the procurement process by researching potential suppliers, obtaining quotes, and evaluating vendor proposals.
- Assist in maintaining procurement documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

3. Cost Management:

- Work on cost tracking and monitoring activities to ensure that projects and operations stay within budget.
- Maintain documentation and files updated.

4. General
- Help in maintaining databases related to costs, procurement, and sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and updates related to cost, procurement, and sales activities.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes within the cost, procurement, and sales functions.
- Assist in implementing new tools or technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in various tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or team members.
- Take advantage of the internship as an opportunity to learn and develop skills relevant to the field of cost management, procurement, and sales.

It's essential for the intern to be adaptable, detail oriented, and willing to learn. Clear communication and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams are also crucial for success in this role.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- **Language**: English advanced
- Knowledge in Excel.
- **Education**:Business, Engineering, Administration or related courses.
- **Certification**:not required
