**Essential Job Functions**:

- **Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients;
- Understand client needs and develop customized solutions in collaboration with internal teams;
- Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues;
- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts;
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports;
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies;
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Track and analyze account metrics to inform strategy and decision-making;
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activity.

**Other Skills/Abilities**:

- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategies;
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities;
- Ability to travel as needed.

**Education and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred);
- Experience in [insert industry if applicable, e.g., FMCG, tech, healthcare;
- Knowledge of key account management strategies and tools;
- Multilingual abilities (if relevant to your client base).
