Brevant&dealers Rtm/tp Specialist

**Description**:
Main Activities:
The Dealers Row Crops RTM&TP Specialist is responsible for the activities below:
- To grant the execution of the RTM Strategy, following the implementation schedule, while looking for improvements.
- To lead the Territory Planning Sessions, moderating discussions to define the real needs for sales territories adjustments.
- To grant the sales/market data collection process, building the RTM database (RTM tool): market, competition, channels, growers, etc.
- Right sizing the current and the new areas, making deep financial / market / sales / geographical studies to determine the sustainability of the territories.
- Ability to make Dealers Performance Analysis using internal data such as Integra, RTM Tool and RTM Dashboards.
- Work with Sales Managers to ensure the creation and monitoring of the Districts Action Plan processes. Grant alignment with Marketing and Agronomy Managers.
- Work closely with the CRM and Incentive Programs Depts.
- Relationship with Financial Managers.

**Qualifications**:** Requirements and Skills**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the Brazilian Agribusiness sector;
- English is required;
- MS Excel skills are mandatory.
- MBA and/or Extension course will be valued;
- Demonstrated Execution Capacity;
Ability to work with SMART development KPIs;
- Demonstrated capacity of leading by influence;
- Network and relationship with key stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Agronomy, CRM, Barter and others;
- High analytical skills;
- Developed speech and presentation skills;
- Operational excellence;
- Frequent business travel availability;
