AMARO is seeking a creative and analytical Influencer Marketing Analyst, who will be part of the Influencers' Team.

Your job will be to conceive, structure and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns in order to drive awareness engagement as well as sales to AMARO.

You are hands-on, results-driven and willing to go the extra mile to get things done. You also have a great relationship with influencers and top-notch negotiation skills.

**What you'll do**:

- Strategic development and scale of the LTK affiliate program
- Strategic development of AMARO Goes To events & activations, focused on generate awareness for new Guide Shops and acquire local customers
- Help implement highly engaging marketing campaigns, specially managing influencers relationships, including reaching out to influencers, regular communications, scheduling posts, coordinating campaign participation, updating product inventory, and payment process
- Make sure the partner executed the briefing correctly and had a great brand experience
- Be in charge of all payment registration needed for influencers and other partners, from registering in our ERP until checking the payment
- Create monthly briefing & content ideas
- Track influencer campaign metrics and report or present performance as needed
- Maintain relationship with key opinion leaders and influencers for relevant brand activations
- Manage, and maintain our influencer database to ensure the data is always accurate and up-to-date
- Use data and insights to make strategic decisions, updates and improvements to existing and future campaigns
- Benchmark to bring innovation in how we manage influencers campaigns
- Work closely with Growth, Social Media and Content teams to optimize influencers campaign
- Explore new social media channels and ensure the presence of AMARO in an innovative way (TikTok, Twitter, etc)

**What you have previously done**:

- Work experience with influencer marketing, including influencer selection, campaign execution, qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
- Experience with campaigns executed in different social media channels

**What your qualifications are**:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business preferably
- Level of English: Advanced/Fluent
- Systems: Experience with influencer SAAS is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative and out of the box thinker
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
