This role requires deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem, trends, and influencer landscape, with at least one year of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting influencer relationships. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
