**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We’re seeking self-driven Sales Account Executives to join our global virtual sales team. As a contractor, you'll enjoy competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth within our thriving sales structure.

**ABOUT OUR VIRTUAL CALL CENTER**

Hello Magic streamlines inbound call management for service industries, ensuring no calls go unanswered and helping to boost bookings.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand and address prospect pain points
- Close deals and secure new clients
- Manage objections and client concerns
- Schedule appointments and product demos
- Update CRM and keep accurate records
- Meet call quotas while focusing on continuous development

**COMPENSATION DETAILS**
- **Part-Time**: $400 USD/month base + $300-$600 USD/month bonuses (4-hour daily commitment)
- **Full-Time**: $800 USD/month base + $600-$1200 USD/month bonuses (8-hour daily commitment)

Note: High performers can advance and earn higher compensation rates.

**LOCATION OPTIONS**

This is a remote hybrid role open to applicants in Manaus, Brazil.
