**As an Operational Performance Professional, you will be responsible for evaluating our Service organization performance. For that you will need to engage with different stakeholders regionally and globally providing valuable insights for our leadership in policy making. Come build the energy transition with us**

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute performance measurements on the Service sites through available systems, dialogue and interactions.
- Measure KPIs, monitoring variances, tracking and reporting.
- Prepare reports for management and ensure stakeholders are informed on a continuous basis on how they are performing and trending.
- Developing business cases with our quality and Lean teams, encouraging business to move to the next level of control.
- Consolidation and Analysis of business cases for cost saving.
- Standardize analytics processes and visualization across Latin America
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards utilizing available tools such as Power BI, SQL Server, Salesforce, SAP, and others.
- Focal point in data issues handling.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering, business, or science background education
- Advanced communication skills in English.
- Desired Spanish or Portuguese.
- Hard skills and experience with information processing in databases, programming and statistics.

**Competencies**:

- Knowledge in Lean principles and Agile methodologies.
- Detailed and collaborative working approach.
- Self-organization and good time management.
- Good facilitation, presentation skills and storytelling on Management level.
