**What You’ll Do**
- Integrate and deploy pre-built AI tools (OpenAI, AWS/Azure AI, Hugging Face) into real business workflows
- Build and configure AI-powered voice agents (IVR/chatbots) to manage inbound calls and customer queries
- Identify repetitive tasks across teams and automate them using AI tools or RPA platforms
- Design and maintain automation pipelines that improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Work closely with IT, Ops, and Customer Service to define integration points and ensure smooth rollouts
- Track performance metrics like resolution time, automation success, and user satisfaction
- Continuously optimize prompt flows, agent logic, and orchestration systems based on usage data
- Research the latest AI tools — from conversational bots to document processing — and evaluate how they fit
- Train internal teams on how to use new tools and create simple, practical user documentation
- Ensure AI systems are secure, privacy-compliant, and ethically implemented

**This Role is for You If**:

- You have experience with prompt engineering or working with LLM-based tools (LangChain, prompt chaining, etc.)
- You’ve worked with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- You’re familiar with deploying or integrating document analysis, NLP, or computer vision APIs
- You’re not just technical — you understand how AI tools impact real users and day-to-day business
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and always thinking about how to make systems smarter and simpler
- You enjoy learning, experimenting, and finding better ways to get things done
