The Industrial & Specialty segment is made up of: Industrial (MacDermid Enthone), Graphics (MacDermid Graphics) and Energy (MacDermid Offshore) businesses. **Job Purpose**: Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Treasury and FX, the Treasury Manager role has significant accountability and change management responsibilities for the ESI treasury team. This person will play an important role in supporting ESI’s strategy by bringing forward-thinking ideas and solutions and strong analytical skills to areas including cash forecasting, modeling, global/regional dashboards, and presentations. This role can be located in our ESI offices in either Brazil (Brazil - Sao Paulo - Rua Eli Valter Cesar) or Mexico (Mexico City). Hybrid working model is offered (3 days office presence / 2 days home office). **Responsibilities**: - Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Associate Director (e.g., variance analysis and key operational metrics for investments and foreign exchange, intercompany loan management). - Support the Associate Director in management of global investment portfolio, which includes ESI Foundation account. - Support local operations in LATAM markets. - Develop and maintain models and analyses to aid in the validation of financial forecasts and special projects. - Assist with the development of presentations and reports for Senior Management, both on a regularly scheduled and ad hoc basis. - Assist in the design and development of key financial KPI’s and dashboards. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of processes, streamline collection, use, and presentation of data. - Support periodic audits of internal controls. - Manage global portfolio of intercompany loans (maintain loan tracker and loan agreements, etc.). - Support the Associate Director in execution of global cash repatriation that includes dividends, royalty and management fees, intercompany loan repayments. - Participate in integration activities and provide support for new business initiatives. **Requirements**: - Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and at least 4-5 years of experience working in a cross-functional team. Public company experience is required.
