**Atividades e responsabilidades**:

- Análise e estruturação de bases dos novos produtos;
- Desenvolvimento de expertise em processos e produtos correlacionados;
- Mapeamento e revisão de fluxos;
- Entrevistas e escolhas de principais parceiros;
- Elaboração de diagnóstico holistico e aprofundamento na área de processos.

**Competências profissionais**:

- Experiência em gestão de produção/ manufatura / industrial e eng de processos;
- Experiência em gestão de projetos;
- Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em industrias (química/ alimento/ bens de consumo/ bebidas);
- Formação em engenharias.

**Qualificações**:

- Dinamico e comunicativo;
- Boa capacidade analítica;
- Pró atividade;
- Iniciativa;
- Foco em resultado.
