**Tasks**:
The E-Performance Specialist will be responsible for managing all E-Mobility projects, related to charging infrastructure expansion, technical details, specifications and market analysis. This person will be required to interact with several different stakeholders, such as headquarters, dealer network, partners, suppliers, service providers and others.

Main responsibilities:
Project Management
- Responsible for managing E-Mobility projects related to charging infrastructure, including all customer charging cases, at home, on-the-road, at the dealerships and others
- Coordination of site preparation projects, such as charging hardware installation at dealerships
- Negotiate with stakeholders partnerships for enhancing and expanding the brands’ charging ecosystem
- Audit and manage customers’ home chargers installations
- Conduct several field tests within vehicles and charging hardware to assure adequate compatibility of the market structure
- Coordinate market readiness evaluation to assure successful introduction of electrified models, including general aspects related to several areas
- Validate and approve projects’ needed Budget locally and with headquarters
- Regular interactions with all company’s departments
- Generate frequent reports to share the results and improvements achieved with the implemented projects
- Define and adapt standards for Brazilian conditions, involving technical rules, chargers quantity standard, charging hardware power and other specifications

Market Insights & Customer experience
- Work closely with Product & Pricing team to evaluate best business practices related to E-Mobility from the concurrence
- Evaluate ways of enhancing and facilitating customers journey, involving both software and hardware aspects
- Definition of charging hardware specifications for the Brazilian market

Strategy
- Define timeline and targets in a mid and long-term perspective of E-Mobility projects according to brand’s strategy

**Qualifications**:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical areas

**Experience**:

- 3 years working experience with E-Mobility, electrified vehicles or automotive electrification in general
- Sound knowledge and proven experience in the Automotive Industry
- Desired experience in the premium segment

Competence and skills:

- Solid analytical capacity
- Customer centricity culture
- Technical knowledge of E-Mobility topics, such as charging hardware, electrified models and hardware installation
- Capable of working in a structured way, paying attention to organization and documentation
- Clear and confident communications skills, both verbal and written. Ability to do public presentations and training sessions
- Ability to negotiate with different stakeholders - eg.: Headquarters, Dealers and partners
- Strong “car culture” and automotive knowledge
- Basic financial knowledge
- Broader overview of a business unit, understanding the links between Business Development are not only with Marketing, but also Sales, After Sales and Finance
- Fluency in English language is required
