The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. - Implement and manage payment processes for 3 LATAM markets, covering areas such as reconciliation, adjustments, manual refunds and disputes;
- Develop new processes with Payment Partners;
- Receive buyer queries on payment errors, and work with internal stakeholders and external payment partners to understand and resolve issues;
- Responsible for maintaining and uploading adjustment files in internal and external systems;
- Support day-to-day of monitoring the cause of payment declines and assessments of payment card fees;
- Analyze and create financial reports on marketplace payments internal management, and external partners, settlement reports, money in-out, reconciliation and submission to the payment network;
- Able to see through the root cause of problems and come up with impactful strategies to drive business change in daily operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Advanced English.
