
Off Trade and Key Account Senior Manager South Zone

In this role you will be responsible for the Off Trade and Key Account (KA) KPIs and results, and creating plan together with Key Account Managers and Bottlers (BOs) in synch with FAB (Flavored Alcohol Beverages) lead and Market Development Managers (MDMs) in South Cone region (Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and Chile). This is an exciting opportunity for an _Off Trade and Key Account Senior Manager_ to act as an intrapreneur to help build a “start-up” in Latin America with the resources and backing of The Coca-Cola Company.

**What You’ll Do For Us**
- Localize Off Trade Latin America guidelines
- Influence category development in Key Accounts (KAs)
- Follow Bottlers Off Trade and KA execution (feet-on-the-street)
- Cross pollinate Off Trade and KA learnings
- Support special projects with bottlers for the Off Trade/KAs
- Support Off Trade & KA activation budget by zone market
- Provide thought leadership, fact-based insights, and methodologies to identify, develop, and execute the best possible growth paths through the analysis of business drivers, current reality and future trends, competitive landscape & dynamics in our and adjacent business/categories, as well as internal capabilities and external factors that affect or could affect the business
- Integrate with other functions & processes and provide oversight and management to multiple initiatives, connecting and bring synergy to ensure that work is completed efficiently, adjusting priorities, effectively track progress and identify issues
- Work closely with our bottling partners to activate in-market initiatives to experiment and learn how segmentation solutions can drive incremental business growth in Off-Trade
- Lead the strategy definition and implementation of Off-Trade channel strategies across the system in balance with the system’s served channels, vs. other growing channels and competitors to protect our business base and profitability
- Build an understanding of the channel and customer business model, needs and expectations and assess our opportunity to connect with these for un-parallel value creation
- Collaborate and drive buy-in with the bottling team on the strategic imperatives and required investment plans, with aligned milestones and KPIs, as well as investment sharing arrangements
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- 7+ years of Business and/or functional experience in related positions, with Off Trade customers experience
- Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers
- Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.
- This role must be able to influence bottlers investments in required Off-Trade capability to achieve our category growth ambition.
- Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, not least leading and smoothly running alignment and collaboration to ensure that OU Off Trade strategies are fully owned by MDMs and the system across the OU
- Ability to localize commercial plans in order to increase strategy performance in Off-Trade channel
- Solid understanding of System business fundamentals and drivers of growth/value across a broad range of markets and business dimensions, advanced commercial finance skills
- To be successful in this role, it is required strong communication and collaboration skills as well as highly developed project management, business development and negotiation skills with experience from driving complex cross-functional, cross-system projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
