We are looking for **Finance Analyst** Base in **LATAM** to work remotely on a project for one of our Clients in the **US**.

**Project Description**:
Assist in finance analysis for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track client contracts and complete client billing. Confirm client requirements and approve invoices for delivery.
- Review billing status with the director of finance and financial operations manager.
- Review vendor invoices with the front office team and request for payment processing.
- Collaborate with the Accounting/Central Service Billing/AP team and provide the front office team with financial snapshot, billing status, payment status.
- Use an internal production management tool, Grail for project status.
- Use the accounting system, Maconomy for payment status.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Detail-oriented, with an eye for organization of large amounts of data.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Natural curiosity and a flexible attitude in a shifting environment.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Keynote. Mac environment.
- Knowledge of Google Apps Script/JavaScript, or a background in creating scripts/macros for spreadsheet automation is a plus.
