As Junior Accountant Credit you will lead the Customer Credit Control process for Chevron Sri Lanka operations and will be responsible for the key areas below:

- Work within the company policy on customer credit control
- Assess customer credit worthiness
- Perform timely updates to customer credit lines as approved by the management
- Monitor credit facility utilization and report credit violations
- Accurate maintenance of customer credit master files
- Organize credit committee meetings and prompt reporting of customer credit KPIs for management decision making.
- Periodic submission of retail distributor statement of accounts and support admin efforts related recovery of past dues from debtors/ customers
- Perform important ERP system (SAP) functions to support the customer credit controls and related operational processes.
- Accounting and reconciliations pertaining to the general ledger and customer ledger
- Contributing towards management assigned analysis
