**Position Summary**:
Netcracker Technology is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth plans for their hiring in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding our most valuable asset: our people. We find and hire the best people who will shape the future of our products, services, and our company.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Confer with management and stakeholders to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Work with Human Resources Business Partners to generate offer letters and employment contracts
- Develop recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings
- Develop and coordinate internal job posting program and write job postings
- Oversee Employee Referral Program
- Plan and implement company recruitment strategy
- Develop company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
- Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry

**Experience and Requirements**:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (combination of agency and in-house tech experience preferred) locally in Brazil.
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
- Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
- Excellent follow up skills
- Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
- Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- Prior experience working within Communication Service Providers and/or Software Services organizations a huge plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
