The Talent Acquisition Partner is the heavy lifters of the team, they are essential to the team in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the area. Through their hands, we are able to multiply and obtain the placements we need to keep growing the team.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
The Talent Acquisition Partner should truly be a partner to the business and the leaders, they should support the business in the decision-making process related to the recruitment area. As the experts of the market, they must be able to provide necessary information and visibility to the internal team, so they can make the best decisions.

Evaluate, design, and improve Talent Acquisition strategy alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers and design personalized recruitment plans according to the Squad's needs in your market.

Investigate the technology industry and be aware of trends, as well as, actions of the competition, to generate a competitive advantage in attraction, evaluation, and search methods for commercial profiles.

Work hand in hand with the person responsible for Learning & Development as well as the Team Leads, to identify an internal mobility opportunity.

Perform analysis at the organizational performance level and anticipate future hiring needs.

Work hand in hand with the person responsible for People & Culture to provide the best experience to new professionals (welcome pack, onboarding, etc).

Work hand in hand with the person responsible for Wellness & Benefits to provide the best experience at a regional level.
