**Responsibilities**:
**Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon)** is seeking to hire a
**Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner **to join our Americas TA Team.
- Review CVs and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Provide proactive, professional and exceptional support to our global team and hiring managers

Qualifications:

- Previous recruitment experience with global companies
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Portuguese (addition of Spanish will be a competitive advantage)
- Must be detail oriented and produce work with a high-level of accuracy
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors), ATS systems (iCIMS) and Linkedin Recruiter
- A self-motivator with fast learning
- A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing amazing customer service
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Must be self-motivated, accepting responsibilities and completing assigned action items in a proactive manner
- Ability to travel within LATAM
