E-commerce Operation Intern

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for a TikTok Shop Operation Internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. The TikTok Shop Brazil Operation Team is responsible for scaling one of TikTok Shop's most promising verticals, working closely with brands, creators, and internal teams to drive growth. This internship is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the category and gain experience in marketplace strategy, campaign planning, and creator collaboration. - Responsibilities - Support the category team on daily tasks, including data tracking, content analysis, seller follow-up, and campaign preparation - Assist in campaign setup, from coordinating product selection to inputting promotional offers in the backend system - Analyze performance of livestreams and videos, generating actionable insights for merchants and internal stakeholders - Contribute to creator matchmaking initiatives, helping connect sellers with relevant content creators - Assist with seller-facing operations such as onboarding checklists, educational material creation, and basic seller support - Collaborate with different stakeholders across category, operations and creator teams - Help coordinate category-specific initiatives or events when needed

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master's program, graduating in 2026-2027 - Fluent in Portuguese, with written and verbal communication skills in English - Available to start in Q3 2025 - Based in Sao Paulo - Brazil - Preferred Qualifications - Strong interest in digital commerce, consumer goods, or marketplace operations - Analytical mindset with ability to work with spreadsheets and draw conclusions from data - Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about TikTok and creator-led commerce At TikTok our benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support full-time employees to give their best in both work and life.
