Job Title: Seller Operation

Job Descriptions:

1.
Merchant Collaboration Development and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned merchants, building trust through proactive communication.
  • Understand merchant KPIs (GMV targets, AOV, conversion rates) and align agency resources to support goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with merchants to co-develop growth strategies tailored to their brand voice and audience.
  • Manage relationship with Tiktok team and Resolve escalations promptly (e.g., account suspensions, payment delays, policy violations) by liaising with TikTok's merchant support team and internal stakeholders.

Operational Process Management

  • Streamline merchant onboarding and day-to-day operations by documenting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for account setup, content approval, ad account linking, and performance review.
  • Manage merchant support and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align merchant needs with agency capabilities.

Performance Coaching & Growth Optimization

  • Track and report on key merchant health metrics: GMV, order volume, etc to identify growth bottlenecks and provide solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and coaching: train merchants on content best practices, advertising optimization, and product listing improvements.
  • Drive merchant upsell/cross-sell opportunities by leveraging platforms and agency's resources.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to visualize merchant performance trends and flag underperforming accounts periodically.
  • Generate weekly/monthly operational reports for internal leadership, highlighting positive and negative points, challenges, and improvement plans.

Market Insights & Feedback Loop

  • Collect and synthesize merchant feedback on platform pain points and share with TikTok's product/operations teams to influence platform improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends (e.g., emerging content formats, consumer behavior shifts) and share actionable reports with merchants to keep them ahead of competitors.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in merchant BD, account management, or e-commerce operations, preferably within TikTok Shop, Amazon, or similar social commerce platforms.
  • Familiar with e-commerce operations workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence merchants and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership with analytical mindset on data-driven decision-making.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments; ability to manage multiple priorities (merchants, projects, deadlines).
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.
