Rappi needs a Senior Analyst to help grow acquisition for Rappi’s global subscription business, Prime. This person will leverage analysis, operations, and execution to accelerate Prime as Rappi’s primary source of growth, engagement, retention, and profitability through new user acquisition.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Own Prime acquisition through analytical and strategic execution:

- Operations: own the end-to-end performance of small / medium sized acquisition initiatives across all signup channels (organic, CRM, Product, Partnerships). This includes managing KPIs and budgets, building reporting, launching campaigns, consumer research, auditing UX, partnering cross-functionally, and working with local and global teams.
- Analytics: building reporting to support the Acquisition team. Independently deep dive into problems or opportunities with investigative analysis across all types of consumer and acquisition data.
- Marketing / Growth: execute acquisition marketing strategies with the CRM, Brand, and Growth Marketing teams to accelerate Prime adoption efficiently.
- Partnerships: support existing and new acquisition partnerships with modeling, performance analysis, and tactical execution.

What success in this role looks like:

- Consistently hit personal and initiative OKRs tied to Prime acquisition growth.
- Deliver analysis with actionable results that impact the business in both the short and long term.
- Be accountable for responsibilities - hit deadlines, over-communicate, be a thought leader, and deliver quality work.
- Be recognized as a valued team member by the cross-functional Prime team.

What we need from this person on a daily basis:

- Be customer obsessed. Understand why customers come to Rappi, why they signup for Prime, what engages and retains them, and what their pain points are.
- Execute acquisition initiatives. Build and launch acquisition campaigns using CRM, social, paid media, coupons, and net new strategies to bring quality users to Prime.
- Use analytics to transform Prime acquisition. Clean data, build reporting, identify opportunities, debug problems, and accelerate Prime adoption using data and analytics.
- Operate globally and locally. Evaluate the impact of every acquisition tactic on the global and local level. Understand the individual needs of local Rappi markets.
- Be the person everyone wants to work with. Build strong relationships with Prime colleagues, cross-functional teams, and local teams.

Key Requirements
- Intermediate/Advanced English (extensive knowledge of conversational English plus some basic technical vocabulary related to work).
- Prior work experience in marketing or a related field.
- Prior experience working with data, building reporting, conducting analysis, and building financial models.
- Intermediate/Advanced SQL
