**Your Mission**:

**Your Role**:

- Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead role within an Agile team.
- Academic Background; Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of LESS framework.
- Proficiency in Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent.
- Experience in implementing Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese
