**We are looking for an Sales Director to join our team**

**The Work You’ll Do**

The Director, Partners Sales, will report to the Country Manager and is responsible for the direction and management of Sovos partner and alliances programs in Brazil.

This new and highly visible role will be a hands-on leader that drives the strategy and team execution around partners and account strategy, go-to-market, deal execution and enablement. Your team’s goal will be to create, expand, and nurture an ecosystem for Sovos in Brazil and Globally. This individual directly supervises employees on the partner and alliances program. The role includes providing leadership and coaching, holding the team accountable to implement the partner and alliances programs in Brazil, overachieve bookings targets, and drive the development and execution of sales strategies.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Lead a passionate team to drive business development programs that increases Sovos sales revenue through our Partner Ecosystem.
- Lead the team creation of targeted business plans with key stakeholders and ensure goals are being defined and met.
- Identify and recruit new partners, drive business development and all aspects of partner onboarding.
- Coordinate and align with global partner teams in other Sovos regions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to develop new solution offerings across the marketplace.
- Build deep executive relationships with partners, develop joint solutions & offerings, GTM plans, and drive the growth of Sovos solutions through this route-to-market.
- Achieve the referral and resale business targets for partners through proper goal setting, pipeline management, and field execution.
- Working with Partner Operations, report the impact of partners on the Sovos business in the form of incremental deals and influenced revenue, and significantly grow the influence/co-sell/resell KPI QoQ.
- Drive alignment between the Partners and Sovos field organizations and continue to build on the Sovos co-sell culture to create win-win outcomes with our joint customers.
- Collaborate with Sovos lines of business to provide coverage of the partner and alliances ecosystem, build joint solutions, reference architectures, and customer offerings.

**What we need from you**
- A proven track record of penetrating, onboarding, and growing partner, SIs and Big 4 partners including knowledge of business models and joint GTM strategies. Prior ERP experience highly desirable.
- Ability and passion for developing, establishing, and closing strategic partnerships/accounts and working closely with sales teams in competitive environments.
- Proven team leadership experience with demonstrable results driving incremental sales to and through partners.
- Proven ability to achieve team sales objectives and drive accurate forecasting of partner business.
- Growth mindset in an organization that is building out its partner DNA and ecosystem.
- Strong collaboration skills both within field sales and professional services leadership as well as partner corporate and strategy leaders.
- Ability to travel when the timing is appropriate and safe.
