- 00100We’re looking for an **Assistant Accountant** **who monitors and implements all accounts payable, account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus data recording processes.
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Day Shift / Flexible shift
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Sri Lanka

**Daily responsibilities**
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Place orders with vendors for orders provided
- Assist in account reconciliation process on monthly basis
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
- Call or receive calls from various stakeholders based in the USA, Caribbean or other countries to collect payment, confirm shipment status or clarifications

**Requirements**:

- Graduate of Accounting, Commerce, Banking, Economics or any related degree
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in XERO
- Experience in garment highly preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge in Brandboom, Asana and Shipstation software
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Great Time Management skills
- Strong Organization and English communication skills
