Beerenberg Brasil is seeking a Project Planner to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and offshore surface treatment projects. This role involves creating detailed plans, allocating resources, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects, predominantly within the Insulation, Scaffolding, and Surface Treatment (ISS) disciplines. Based in the newly established office in Rio de Janeiro, this position requires strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning**:

- Develop and maintain detailed project and maintenance schedules within ISS disciplines.
- Monitor progress and resource consumption using internal and client planning systems.
- Allocate resources and ensure timely mobilization for various projects.
- Using planning tools such as SAP and Safran (training will be provided if necessary).

**Engineering Support**:

- Prepare job packages, including cost estimation, material requirements, and detailed plans.

**Administrative Support**:

- Collaborate with offshore personnel coordination and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and performing skilled workers to ensure project success.
- Act as a liaison between different stakeholders, including resource owners and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Degree or certification in materials engineering, construction, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in job planning and execution within ISS disciplines.
- Familiarity with SAP and Safran or similar planning tools is an advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
